Shipping Locations
At this time, MGT Store LLC ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized and verified. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Please note that placing an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. In rare situations, additional verification may be required before an order is processed.
Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. MGT Store LLC shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is entered correctly.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address when placing an order. MGT Store LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If an order has already entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Failed Deliveries

Damaged Deliveries

Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your apartment office, or the shipping carrier. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in investigating the shipment. However, MGT Store LLC cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
